Turkish Bread, Pide


Pide is made of the same dough of bread but in a fine shape cooked in special wooden ovens most of the time you will see on your table like a hot balloon waiting to be eaten with butters melts immediately on. Of course accompagned with cheese and aperetifs called ”Meze” in turkish.

While waiting for your main course you will already feel satisfied with this delicious bread generally cooked on Ramadan, as symbol of this holy month celebrated on muslim countries, depending on moon calender that you may encounter the festival during your vacations in Turkey anytime of the year.
